A missão Blue Ghost de pousar na Lua teve início no dia 15 de janeiro mas, até à data prevista de chegada para o dia 2 de março, a sonda continua em órbita da Terra e tem a oportunidade de captar vídeos inéditos.
Como conta a empresa responsável pela missão, a Firefly Aerospace, a Blue Ghost captou um pequeno vídeo onde, por breves momentos, a Terra passou entre a sonda e o Sol – criando assim um breve eclipse solar.
