O ativista francês, Pierre Afner, conseguiu entrar na mansão conhecida como Villa Tikhonova, localizada em Biarritz, França.
A habitação é propriedade de Katerina Tikhonova, uma das filhas de Vladimir Putin, mas já chegou a pertencer a Gennady Timchenko, um dos oligarcas próximos do Presidente russo.
Pierre Afner entrou na mansão com uma bandeira da Ucrânia nas mãos e diz que mudou as fechaduras para, a partir deste momento, poder receber refugiados ucranianos.
